Package Components
1. Initial Free 10-Minute Zoom Call
Purpose: This is our chance to meet and get to know each other! I want to understand your needs and ensure that I’m the right person to support you.We’ll have a friendly chat about your breastfeeding goals and any immediate concerns.
Cost: Free

2. 30-40 Minute Zoom Call to Go Over Intake Form
This call is to review your intake form and discuss your breastfeeding history and current challenges.We’ll cover your baby’s feeding habits, address your questions, and discuss what you need to succeed.
Cost: $35

3. Two 90 Minute Home Visits
These visits provide hands on, personalized support in the comfort of your home. We’ll work through any breastfeeding concerns you have.

Visit 1:Assessment and Guidance: I’ll observe your baby’s latch and feeding, provide guidance on techniques, and help you find comfortable positions. We’ll address latch issues, milk supply concerns, and any nipple discomfort you may be experiencing.
Cost: $175

Visit 2:
Progress Review: We’ll review your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and introduce advanced techniques if needed.We’ll refine your personalized breastfeeding plan to ensure it’s working for you.
Cost: $175

4. Follow Up 40 Minute Phone Call
This call is to provide ongoing support, address any new concerns, and offer reassurance and advice.We’ll discuss your progress, troubleshoot any lingering issues, and provide additional recommendations.
Cost: $50

5. Detailed Lactation Plan
I will  create a comprehensive, customized plan that covers all aspects of your breastfeeding journey.This plan will include breastfeeding techniques, managing milk supply, feeding schedules, pumping, and milk storage, tailored to your unique needs.
Included in Visits Cost: No additional charge.

6. Referrals if Needed
To ensure you have access to specialized care for any complex breastfeeding challenges.
I’ll provide referrals to International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) or other healthcare providers if necessary.Included in Visits Cost: No additional charge.

Additional Home Visits
If you find that you need more in
person support, additional 90-minute home visits are available at a discounted rate:
